  • Jun 27 Water Bath Canning Class - Strawberry Jam Rockdale County Extension is holding six canning classes this year! These are hands-on workshops where you will learn the principles of safe food preservation and where to find tested recipes, as well as work in groups to complete all the steps to preserve the featured food. You'll get to taste the finished product and make a jar to take home! Your registration fee covers all class materials, light refreshments, and a jar of the finished product.
