Attention 7th Graders! Are you interested in becoming a District Officer?
*The first step is for you to set up a meeting with Mrs. Dinah. This is the most important step of the process! At this meeting, Mrs. Dinah will go over expectations (dates), requirements, nomination procedure & campaign procedures with both you and your parents.
*Junior Board Interest Meeting for 7th graders and parents is December 3rd via Zoom at 7:00pm (email the office for the for the registration link).
- Deadline to submit online QuestionPro application- January 23, 2026. This Includes uploading Outside Recommendation form (email the office for the application link).
- Deadline for completed DocuSign with all signatures- February 6, 2026
- Attend Candidate Online Zoom Orientation- February 23 at 7pm via Zoom
- There is to be no campaigning on social media. Speeches and voting will take place at JR/SR DPA, March 13-15, 2026.

Cloverleaf Camp at Rock Eagle
- Registration begins now. To secure your 4-Her’s spot, please pay the non-refundable deposit of $100.00. (There are 50 spots available, after this number there will be a wait list).
- 4-H’ers can sell onions to help pay for camp costs. *Funds due weekly, sales final by Tuesday, March 31, 2026. More information when you receive the sales form.
- Scholarship application due on Friday, February 20th 2026, with the deposit ($100.00) to hold your child's spot. *Stop by the office to pick up a scholarship application.
- You can make payments, but remember fees must be paid in full by Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
- There is a mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
- Camp is June 1st - 5th, 2026
- Please check all dates to make sure they work with your schedule before making the non-refundable deposit.
