Canning Classes for Summer 2023

We will hold several canning classes in the summer of 2023.

Attendees will learn about the basics of safe home food preservation. They will also learn and prepare two recipes at each class. One recipe will use the boiling water method of canning, and the other recipe will use a pressure canner. You will get to take home a jar of each recipe.

Residents of any county can sign up for any class; choose the date(s) that work best for your schedule.

Registration is required and space is limited. $20 registration fee covers the class and all materials.
