National 4-H Week
Georgia 4-H’s 172,354 student members will celebrate National 4-H Week Oct. 2-8. During the week, the state’s largest youth development organization wants to raise awareness of the program that started as a club for farm kids and has grown into a place that helps youth become successful and confident adults.
Here in Fayette County, 946 students in 4th through 12th grade participate in 4-H. You can get involved too! Registration is now open for fall 2017 clubs. Be sure to check out all of our afterschool clubs that we offer on the afterschool clubs' webpage.
This is your opportunity to help protect one of our most precious resources. Help us clean up Gingercake and Whitewater Creeks’ trails, shores and waters by joining in support of Rivers Alive on Saturday, October 14th from 9 am to 12 pm.
