  • Jul 20 Home Canning Class Attendees will learn about the basics of safe home food preservation. They will also learn and prepare two recipes during the class, one using the boiling water method of canning and the other using a pressure canner. Attendees will take home a jar of each recipe. Open to residents of any county. Registration is required and space is limited. $30 registration fee covers the class and all materials.
