Check out all the exciting and upcoming events Pulaski County 4-H has to offer!  Be sure to check for payment deadlines.  Unless otherwise noted, all activities are available for all Pulaski County 4-H'ers in the 4^th through 12^th grades.

Pulaski County Events

• DPA Rewards Trip
  • Wednesday, May 27th
  • FREE for students who participated in 2026 Project Achievement.
  • Details will be emailed to parents of eligible 4-H'ers - RSVP is required.

• 4-H Night at Macon Bacon Game
  • Saturday, June 13th
  • $20 due at signup - Please call office by May 20th to get your tickets.
  • Tickets are available for your whole family and includes all-you-can-eat ticket and a Macon Bacon Hat.

• 4-H Day at Rigby's Water Park
  • Wednesday, June 17th
  • $30 due at signup - Please call office to register by Monday, June 8th.

• Toy Story 5 Movie Trip
  • Tuesday, June 30th
  • $10 due at signup - Please call office to register by Monday, June 8th.

• Minions & Monsters Movie Trip
  • Tuesday, July 14th
  • $10 due at signup - Please call office to register by Monday, June 8th.

All activities require a Code of Conduct, Medical Information & Release Form, and Medication Form (if applicable), found below.

Applications & Forms

In Georgia 4-H, there are three main forms that we must fill out for 4-H activities and events:

• Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct
• Medical Information and Release Form
• Medicine Form (required for any 4-H'er currently taking prescription medication)
  
• Enrollment Form

The Code of Conduct should be read & signed by both the parent and the 4-H'er to ensure that all rules and regulations governing the 4-H event or activity are understood.

4-H personnel may not administer over-the-counter medication to 4-H'ers without parental consent.
