Flyers for Upcoming Events
Check out all the exciting and upcoming events Pulaski County 4-H has to offer! Be sure to check for payment deadlines. Unless otherwise noted, all activities are available for all Pulaski County 4-H'ers in the 4th through 12th grades.
Pulaski County Events
- 1st Day of Summer Day Camp (4-6th graders)
- Thursday, June 20th from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m.
- Enjoy painting a summertime themed canvas and learn how to make a summer floral bouquet! Please pack a sack lunch and drink.
- $30 registration, due at sign up.
- Farm 2 Fork Day Camp (4-6th graders)
- Friday, June 28th from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m.
- Join us for a day camp learning about nutrition, MyPlate, how to make healthy snacks, & more! Please pack a sack lunch and drink.
- FREE! No cost to register but please contact office to sign up.
- Macon Bacon Baseball Game - 4-H Night! (4 - 12th graders)
- Friday, July 12th with the game starting at 7 p.m.
- Tickets are $17.00 each and can be ordered at maconbacon.isportstix.com/order/group/-Pulaski2024/
- Ticket price includes a Macon Bacon baseball hat, all you can eat hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, cookies, soda, water, & etc.! We will be sitting in section 210 in row K & L so please keep that in mind when choosing your seats to sit together.
- Please note, transportation will not be provided (unless DPA reward participant). Deadline to order tickets is June 21st at 5p.m. Tickets are first come, first serve. All tickets will be available for pickup at the will call booth the day of the game and pre-packaged for each individual order through the link.
- Chehaw Zoo & Flint Riverquarium Day Trip (4-6th graders)
- Tuesday, July 16th. Meet at the 4-H office at 8:30 a.m. to leave.
- Take a trip with us to see all the amazing animals and wildlife! Please pack a sack lunch and drink.
- $20 registration due at sign up.
- Taste of the 'Ville Day Camp (4-12th graders)
- Thursday, July 18th from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m.
- Tour the 'Ville with us, visiting a bakery, pizza place, & youghurt shop to learn about & have some hands-on fun with food!
- $20 registration due at sign up.
District and State Events
- Senior Conference (9th through 12th Graders)
- Clover Jam (5th through 7th Graders)
- State 4-H Council (rising 9th graders through those who have just graduated high school)
- Fall Forum (9th through 12th Graders)

All activities require a Code of Conduct, Medical Information & Release Form. and Medication Form (if applicable), found below.
Applications & Forms
In Georgia 4-H, there are three main forms that we must fill out for 4-H activities and events:
- Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct
- Medical Information and Release Form
- Medicine Form (required for any 4-H'er currently taking prescription medication)
- Enrollment Form
The Code of Conduct should be read & signed by both the parent and the 4-H'er to ensure that all rules and regulations governing the 4-H event or activity are understood.
4-H personnel may not administer over-the-counter medication to 4-H'ers without parental consent.
