Apr 10 Attracting Backyard Wildlife & Hummingbird Feeder Build Join us at the Lincoln County Agriculture Center on April 10th at 6PM for an evening program about backyard wildlife! We will discuss how to enhance your property to attract desirable wildlife like pollinators and birds and how to manage those pesky nuisance animals. In addition to our lecture, we will teach you how to build a hummingbird feeder to take home. This program is suitable for families and youth of all ages. Pre-registration for this program is required by April 3, 2025 by calling 706-359-3233. There is a $25 fee per build kit - if families or couples would like to share a kit, that is absolutely fine, just let us know when you call. Payment can be made via cash, check, or card during our working hours, but is due by April 3rd. Day-of payments will not be accepted for this program.

Apr 22 ServSafe Manager Certification Training & Exam- Morgan County Extension Join us on Tuesday, April 22nd at the Morgan County Extension Office for a one-day ServSafe® Manager Certification course and Exam. Georgia Cooperative Extension provides the nationally recognized and accredited ServSafe® training for foodservice managers from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF). Upon successful completion of the ServSafe® examination, the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certificate will be issued by the NRAEF and is valid for five years.
