The eviction moratoriums in the CARES Act, which were designed to protect renters impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, have recently expired. At the time of publication, Congress has yet to pass additional legislation that extends these moratoriums, and millions of households could face eviction in the coming months. This publication provides information about resources that can help households facing housing insecurity.
