Farm To Table Show

Farm To Table Episode 1: Produce'd Hydroponic Farm

On the first episode of our show we visited a local hydroponic farm, Produce'd, where we learned how fresh herbs, leafy greens, and other vegetables are grown without soil. Then we move to the kitchen where we use the fresh basil we harvested that day to make a panzanella salad bursting with color and flavor!
