This course is the FDA-recognized curriculum to become a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) as per the FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Foods Rule. This 2 1/2 day course trains individuals to implement food safety practices within their facility using the standardized curriculum and through the use of break-out groups geared towards developing a model food safety plan.
