Turfgrass Water Management (L 399)


Turfgrasses, like all living plants, need water for growth and survival. Since rainfall patterns are quite variable, seasonal droughts are common in Georgia and periodic irrigation is needed to maintain a healthy, actively growing turf. This publication discusses water management in turfgrass.
