The  following  forms must  be completed  and  turned  in along with registration fee (if required) at the 4-H office by the deadline date to be able to participate in the 4-H activity.

Call the Extension/4-H Office at (478) 862-5496 for details!  Most events have a limited number of spaces and all events have registration deadlines.  Registration for all activities are held at the Extension/4-H Office, 196 East Main Street, Butler, Georgia; located in the Taylor County Workforce Building (beside Upper Elementary School), Butler, GA.
