Shotgun Club

The Fayette County 4-H S.A.F.E. Shotgun Club has an outstanding tradition of providing top notch education and safety to youth as they participate in the Modified Trap, American Skeet, American Trap (16-yard), and Sporting Clays. It is open to all youth from 7th through 12th grades.


The focus of all 4-H programs is the development of youth as individuals and as responsible and productive citizens. The Fayette 4-H Shotgun Club allows our Youth to learn marksmanship, the safe and responsible use of firearms, and much more. The activities of the program and the support of caring adult leaders provide young people with opportunities to develop life skills, self-worth, and conservation ethics.


The Fayette County 4-H Shotgun Club is open to all youth in grades 7th-12th grade. Click on the link for some S.A.F.E. Program Basics.  Youth must successfully complete the Georgia or another states Hunter Education course prior to enrolling. There are many course options.  Free course options are listed below.

Before Paying: Please ensure that your child has completed the Hunter Education Course!! Also, note that registration is not complete until we have received your enrollment packet. 

Range cards are required for practice (registration includes one range card).
