5th and 6th grade Cloverleaf Camp 

Cloverleaf camp is for 4-H members currently in 5th or 6th grade.  Cloverleaf camp offers great adventure, friendship and fun, and all seek to develop the camper's Head, Heart, Hands and Health to make him or her a better person.  Enthusiastic and well-trained camp counselors, Extension employees and certified volunteers work together to provided campers with unforgettable memories to last a lifetime!

Athens-Clarke County students will attend camp at the Rock Eagle 4-H Center the week of June 4-8, 2018. Camp registration will be held at the 4-H office at 2152 W. Broad Street on Thursday, February 8th from 5 to 6:30 PM.  ACC 4-H offers a payment plan or you may pay the entire fee on the registration day.  A completed application and a minimum payment of $75 is required to hold the student's spot for summer camp. The camp brochure with information and application will be handed out during the January 4-H school meetings. Additional information including packing lists, etc. will be provided at registration.

7th and 8th grade Junior Camp

Students currently in 7th and 8th grade have three camping opportunities from which to choose.  Registration begins on Thursday, February 22 for this age group. 

Junior Camp at Fortson 4-H Center is June 11-15.  Junior camp activities on center include archery, zip line, canoeing, swimming, nature trails plus trips to Stone Mountain, the Georgia Aquarium and Atlanta Motor Speedway. Each day of junior camp is packed with exciting activities.

Marine Resource Camp at Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island is July 16-20.  Learn about beach ecology, crabs, snakes and a variety of marine and coastal inhabitants, visit the Sea Turtle Center take a ride on the Lady Jane shrimp boat, enjoy beach time and more. 

Wilderness Challenge Camp at Wahsega 4-H Center is July 2-6.  Set at the rustic Camp Wahsega, this camp features strenuous outdoor activities including white water rafting, canopy zip-lining, outdoor survival training, and more.  Participants at the camp must be at least 12 years of age (regardless of grade level) on July 1.

Senior (9th through 12 grade) Camp

Senior camp will be held at the Rock Eagle 4-H Center July 2-6 and Senior Extreme Camp is scheduled June 11-15, 2018.   Email Ms. Conway for senior camp registration information.
