This course uses industry-specific sample food safety plans, in addition to the standardized curriculum developed by FSPCA to train and qualify attendees to be Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals. The goal is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to design, implement, document, and maintain a comprehensive food safety plan for a food processor to ensure the safe processing and packaging of products

consumption.

  • You MUST preregister by February 9, 2018. The fee to register is $550; sign up 3 or more people for a discounted rate of only $500 per person! The registration fee includes workshop materials (NEW version 1.2 FSPCA workbook), the Preventive Control Qualified Individual Certificate, lunches, and break refreshments.
