UGA Extension provides the nationally recognized and accredited ServSafe® training for foodservice managers from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF). Upon successful completion of the ServSafe® examination, the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certificate will be issued by the NRAEF. This half day training is intended as a review for individuals needing to re-test or re-certify. A two hour review will be held followed by two hours to complete the exam. Please come prepared to review areas of concern. Cost - $60.
