Enhancing the Safety of Locally Grown Produce on the Farm

A food safety training for farmers on small to medium-sized farms selling produce to farmers markets, CSAs, restaurants, etc. Food Safety is good marketing. Come and learn about best practices to help you keep the produce you grow safe from farm to market.
