Food Preservation Series - Hot Water Bath Basics

Hot Water Bath Basics-
Saturday, June 23, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
In this hands-on workshop we will learn about preserving high acid foods in the hot-water bath canner. We will preserve fruit and tomato salsas, pickles, green tomato relish, pickles, and other foods during this fun class. Bring a box to haul home all your goodies! Remember to bring your lunch.
