Food Preservation Workshop

Fruit jams are a summer pleasure for biscuits or toast. They can add interest to a meal or appetizer. During the GC Master Gardeners Extension Volunteers hands-on food preservation workshop, you will learn the basics of hot water bath canning and make peach jam using fresh ingredients to take some home! FACS agents Georgeanne Cook, Washington Co., Marnie Dekle, Emanual Co. and Terri Black, Burke Co will teach this hands-on workshop.
